We are pleased to accept the following methods of payment:

Sterling and Euro cheques/checks – payable to The Glass Key

Credit card transactions may be made either by the use of our secure credit card site or by telephone.Shipping
Postage and packing is charged extra at cost.
Unless something different is specified normal shipping methods are:
UK – Book post or Priority (airmail). Book post takes 5 to 10 days; priority mail takes 3 to 5 days.
Europe – Book post or Priority (airmail). Book post takes 5 to 10 days; priority mail takes 3 to 5 days.
Rest of the World – Book post or Priority (airmail). Book post takes 10 to 42 days; priority mail takes 5 to 10 days.
Packing
All books are packed in bubblewrap and self-sealing fluted cardboardCancellations and Returns
Any order may be cancelled prior to despatch by emailing glasskey@oranger.fr. If the order has already been despatched you will be notified by return email.
We are careful in our descriptions, but any book we have mis-described may be returned within seven days of receipt for a full refund including your return postage. Return for any other reason may be made within the same period for a refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping. In both cases return is subject to prior notification stating the reason and the refund is subject to the book reaching us in the same condition as it was in at the time of despatch.Our stock
All books listed are held by The Glass Key and are offered for sale subject to availability. Our books are also listed simultaneously on a number of different sites and there can be a slight delay between the sale from one site and deletion from the others. If a book has been sold we will always email and let you know.First Editions
We use the term “First Edition” to denote a first printing of the first edition. Later impressions are always identified as such. |
